為什麼練馬要上跑班？教練不就是把各種數字排列組合？以前我懷疑生理學只有身體疾病如糖尿病患等人身上適用。

直到！最近讀了 時報出版 的 漢森馬拉松訓練法，重新思考碳水與脂肪利用、有氧與乳酸排除、心肌與肌肉耗氧效率。
原來：
✔️最大攝氧量除了天生差異，後天還能再鍛鍊
✔️VT1/VT2，切分的三個(心率)區間是輕鬆跑、間歇、tempo和LSD的遊戲空間

運動科學：可略分 運動心理、運動力學、運動生理

跑班教練在課表上下得功夫就是調控運動生理的參數。5K到全馬都是長距離，但需要身體不同的耐乳酸，能量代謝能力；同樣想練馬拉松有人在25K抽筋，有人35K肝醣耗竭，有人跑完覺得很輕鬆。
不同的人，要如何最有效率的鍛鍊？
