臺北馬拉松8週跑步班課表|週四班【脫口罩】首發課程路線

給跑班同學

臺北馬拉松最後倒數8跑步訓練週，我們還有4到5週可以增加週跑步量。

  • 報名全程馬拉松的同學，最近4週訓練強度會希望放在耐力跑，讓我們更貼近完賽距離、速度。
  • 半馬跑者如果21公里已經不是問題，我們可以將週強度放到週間的間歇跑，讓我們提高極限配速。
