馬拉松訓練賽前3週訓練紀錄

這4個月的全馬訓練都圍繞在耐力跑，倒數第3次的長距離訓練跑了36公里，平均3分57秒。

訓練實況

執行計畫的時候，就想著讓身體去適應我想達到的速度與距離。初秋時常跑24-28公里+5-8公里的慢跑讓身體去感受距離與時間。到今天與上週更多的是希望自己能執行完34-36的距離與配速。今天跑的很不起勁，就覺得安安靜靜跑完3分55秒，大概到32公里處就很不想跑，但也不希望沒給身體足夠的刺激，就要自己挺完😅無痛達成。

不起勁的原因:我想應該是10天前足底一波刺痛感來的又急又兇，嚇得我直接

  1. 降跑量。
  2. 泡冷熱水
  3. 找物理治療師處理。

從上週耐力跑腳就沒力沒力的，跑到3分48內踩地前進的感覺變慢了，某些程度上還是慶幸沒受傷。只是放太鬆😓。跑步在生活中的樂趣

2022 團練計畫

今年在跑班經營上也做了些微調，增加了週日 跑者肌地週日耐力跑會員活動日，慢慢地邀請肌力班 與 跑步班 週日上午一起來流汗。

12/19 臺北馬拉松
12/26 暫停一次
1/2 大稻埕碼頭
1/9 未定
1/16 歲末暫停一次
1/23 歲末暫停一次
