感冒後恢復跑步日常Week9 2/20-26,2023 |基礎準備期

二月份被推薦介紹並接棒兩場講座,分享跑步訓練。對象皆非熟識的跑者肌地會員,自己給了一些期待,在過年前就在整理自己,準備最大的對手【拖延】【求好心切】。不管如何也挺過來了,也是自覺對得起聽眾..

所以呢~在臺北馬後跑了個40km,先是踝外側舒服減量週(剛好過年),第二場講座前夕也就是上週,感冒沒確診的在家躺了幾天,週六狀態必須好完成了講座。

本週算是漸入佳境,在週日時跑感順暢有公里還跑到3分5X秒,真是暢心愉快,太久沒好好跑步也沒能維持幾公里,出現步伐遲緩與回收腿變遲鈍,很直覺覺得是有點疲勞,就將配速放掉了。

現在位於重建期,也不清楚剩餘多少實力,不希望過度積極造成不必要的損傷。
